Uplo's Fair Use Policy ensures that our AI-powered photo processing service remains fast, reliable, and cost-effective for all users. These guidelines help us maintain high-quality service while preventing abuse that could impact other users' experience.

Usage Limits

Pro Monthly ($39/month)

  • 250 photos per month - Professional-grade processing
  • Maximum 10 photos per day - Prevents burst usage
  • 10% grace period - Up to 275 photos with warnings

Pro Annual ($390/year)

  • 250 photos per month - Same great limits, better value
  • Maximum 10 photos per day - Prevents burst usage
  • 10% grace period - Up to 275 photos with warnings

Acceptable Use

  • ✅ Professional fitness content - Photos for your personal training or fitness business
  • ✅ Social media marketing - Content to promote your fitness services
  • ✅ Client transformation photos - Before/after photos for your business
  • ✅ Educational content - Fitness tips, exercise demonstrations, nutrition advice

Prohibited Use

  • ❌ Automated uploading - Using scripts or bots to upload photos
  • ❌ Reselling content - Selling AI-generated captions to other businesses
  • ❌ Non-fitness content - Processing photos unrelated to fitness/health
  • ❌ Bulk processing - Uploading large batches for other businesses
  • ❌ Account sharing - Multiple people using one account
